The sea and its coastal area have inspired a menu full of contrasts. Full of proximity products from Barcelona markets, we follow traditional recipes, but including the most innovative and disruptive techniques of the current gastronomic panorama.
Rice is our protagonist, but not forgetting seafood, market fish and the cooking of embers, with which we manage to give a rustic and differentiating touch to our dishes.
