Can Fisher’s fish and seafood is fresh every day. Product of zero kilometer (local and eco), we are going to look for the best pieces every day at the Lonja (Fishmarket of Barcelona), where we make sure to take the best product so that later you can enjoy it on your palate. Once we arrive at the restaurant, we store it in state-of-the-art refrigeration chambers, and only take it out when our professionals prepare it for you.
Shellfish provides us with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Therefore, there is no doubt that it is a very healthy food. Ours, in addition, is cooked carefully so that its flavor is unique.
