Can Fisher is a traditional rice restaurant, where we recover the flavors of yore with today’s techniques. Our rice comes from local producers, and we cook it at an exact temperature to get a unique and unmistakable flavor. Before being served, the rice rests the necessary time to take the taste of all the ingredients that you can later enjoy in your palate.


Ours is a Paella “de un dedo” (of “one finger” – meaning it’s thin), inspired by the Costa Brava style of cooking Paella, where the most important thing is the cooking of the rice, and where rice is the real protagonist.
